  • Newborn Package

    In this package, we begin discussing best sleep practices for infants and some helpful strategies and tips to prepare your infant for an easier transition for when it comes time to start sleep training around four months old. This package includes:

    • 30-minute phone call OR three email threads on initial strategies that may help your infant form healthy sleep habits in the future.

    • In-depth information on newborn sleep and how to help your newborn distinguish day from night.

    • A discussion of possible bedtime routines specific to your child and family’s routine.

    • A discussion of safe sleep habits and creating a healthy sleep environment for a restful sleep.

    • A guide to swaddling safely.

    • Information on bonding with baby and the benefits of skin-to-skin contact for sleep.

  • Essential Package (4 months - 2 years)

    This package includes:

    • An initial sleep assessment where discuss your child's current sleep habits and routines. We will also discuss family dynamics, values, and your goals to better customize a sleep plan for the infant.

    • 30-minute consultation via phone to allow for a more personal conversation and the ability to answer any questions you may have.

    • A custom sleep plan tailored to your family’s unique situation, keeping your child’s individual personality and needs, as well as your family’s values and routines in mind. This will include very specific, easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

    • A digital sleep log where I can provide feedback, if necessary, within a timely manner for a duration of one week.

    • Information on all of the sleep training methods to help determine which method will work best for you and your infant.

  • Premium Package (4 months- 2 years)

    This package includes:

    • An initial sleep assessment where discuss your child's current sleep habits and routines. We will also discuss family dynamics, values, and your goals to better customize a sleep plan for the infant.

    • 45-minute consultation via phone or video call (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, etc) where we will discuss your child’s current habit and routines, your family values, and your goals.

    • A custom sleep plan tailored to your family’s unique situation, keeping your child’s individual personality and needs, as well as your family’s values and routines in mind. This will include very specific, easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

    • A digital sleep log where I can provide feedback, if necessary, within a timely manner for a duration of 10 days.

    • Information on all the sleep training methods to help determine which method will work best for you and your infant.

    • A guide with healthy sleep habits and how to achieve them, including suggestions on how to create a healthy sleep environment that is conducive to sleep.

    • Two nights of bedtime support via email or text for up to two hours to provide support, encouragement, and trouble-shooting as you implement the initial sleep training attempts.

    • One week of follow-up emails to assess your progress and to address any concerns or setbacks. During this time, we will also fine-tune the sleep schedule during this process to consider the infant’s response to the sleep plan.

    • Further information on how to continue to adapt your child’s schedule yourself as they grow and their sleep needs change.

  • Elite Package (4 months - 2 years)

    This package includes:

    • A brief email thread where we will answer any questions or concerns you may have before a commitment is made to the services.

    • An initial sleep assessment where discuss your child's current sleep habits and routines. We will also discuss family dynamics, values, and your goals to better customize a sleep plan for the infant.

    • 60-minute consultation via phone or video call (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, etc) where we will discuss your child’s current habit and routines, your family values, and your goals.

    • A custom sleep plan tailored to your family’s unique situation, keeping your child’s individual personality and needs, as well as your family’s values and routines in mind. This will include very specific, easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

    • A digital sleep log where I can provide feedback, if necessary, within a timely manner for a duration of two weeks.

    • Information on all of the sleep training methods to help determine which method will work best for you and your infant.

    • A guide with healthy sleep habits and how to achieve them.

    • A video tour of the infant’s sleep space to assess if changes need to be made to facilitate better sleep.

    • Two nights of bedtime support via email or text for up to two hours to provide support, encouragement, and trouble-shooting as you implement the initial sleep training attempts.

    • Three weeks of follow-up emails to assess your progress and to address any concerns or setbacks. During this time, we will also fine-tune the sleep schedule during this process to consider the infant’s response to the sleep plan.

    • Further information on how to continue to adapt your child’s schedule yourself as they grow and their sleep needs change.

    • Five months of monthly email check-ins to ensure the schedule is continuing to work for you family or to suggest any adaptations to the schedule as your child grows.

    • Essential information on how to tackle sleep changes during illness, travel, returning to work, starting daycare, teething, sleep regressions, and nap transitions.
